It’s delicate in the nose department, a breath of orchard flowers to start, then classic citrus notes of lemon and lime with fine chalky and minerally textures and easy on the acidity.”

Boston Bay’s signature minerals hit and excite, a quality reflective of the soil found in this wild corner of the wine world. The palate is vibrant and bright showing classic floral undertones with a cool citrus finish.

A super wine with Eyre Peninsula amazing seafood especially our incredible oysters and King George whiting.
