Fordies by the Sea on TV This is not your usual gratuitous cooking episode. Tony has set up a 'seaside' location to create his own signature fish dish. Of course everything goes pear-shaped, the tide comes in and washes the set away, he crashes and burns his meal, then tries to save it with a manic tour around Port Lincoln's best seafood suppliers. The film takes the mickey out of famous cooking show hosts and there are plenty of foodie in-jokes. Tony has dedicated this pilot episode to all the genuine hard-working chefs out there who slave over hot stoves day in, day out feeding real people. Tony would like to express his personal thanks to our local seafood companies and business community for their support (and starring roles!) in the production of this film. It is rated M with occasional course language!
